Eliminar a sua conta

This page explains how to delete your Dream Car Garage account and the data linked to it. It covers the Dream Car Garage website and the Dream Car Garage app for Android (shown as DCG on your home screen), both operated by Dream Car Garage. You can read it without signing in.

1. In the Android app

1. Open the app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open the Profile tab and tap Settings, the gear icon at the top right.
3. Open the Danger Zone section at the end of the page.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Enter your password and tap Delete.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out. If you created your account with Google and never set a password, delete it on the website or by email instead.

2. On the website

1. Sign in at www.dreamcargarage.app.
2. Go to Privacy & Data.
3. Under Delete Account, select Delete my account.
4. Enter your password, or leave it blank if you sign in with Google, and select Yes, delete everything.

3. By email

Write to privacy@dreamcargarage.app from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We will respond within one month.

4. What is deleted

• Your account: name, email address, username, password, bio, profile photo if you uploaded one, and the link to your Google sign-in.
• Your garages and the cars in them, your evolution journeys, and their public pages.
• Your likes, the people you follow and who follow you, and your profile settings.
• Your daily game results and statistics.
• What you posted on the feedback board, including votes and comments, and the messages you sent through the feedback form.
• The record of the emails we sent you.
• What you asked the AI garage builder, and the app usage events linked to your account.

5. What is kept

• The record of the consents you gave, for the duration of our relationship plus 5 years, as our Privacy Policy states. It is no longer linked to an account.
• Security logs, such as sign-ins and account changes. They are no longer linked to your account, but some entries still contain the email address you used, so we treat them as personal data and use them only to protect the service and investigate abuse.
• A record that the account was deleted, which does not contain your email address.

Records we are required by law to keep are kept only as long as the law requires.

A newsletter subscription or an Android beta waitlist sign-up is stored separately from your account. To remove either, write to privacy@dreamcargarage.app.
