The 12Cilindri is named after its engine, which tells you most of what Ferrari wants you to know. The 6.5 litre V12 is naturally aspirated, revs to 9,500 rpm and produces 819 bhp without any electrical assistance. The design abandons the aggressive creases of the 812 for a smoother, almost experimental surface, with a black band across the nose and a long bonnet that reads as a single gesture. It is a front-engine GT in the old sense: rear-wheel drive, two seats, and a cabin set far back. Ferrari has committed to the V12 while most rivals have moved to smaller hybrid engines. In a collection it stands for that commitment, and for the idea that a grand tourer can still be defined by the engine in front of the driver.
