Overview
This page is a catalogue summary while we rebuild it as a full ownership review. It is not yet a buying guide.
The Temerario replaces the Huracan and breaks with a tradition that ran from the Gallardo: the small Lamborghini no longer uses a naturally aspirated V10. In its place is a 4.0 litre twin-turbo V8 that revs to 10,000 rpm, supported by three electric motors, for 907 bhp. The shape is still sharply folded and low, with hexagonal intakes and a cabin pushed forward, but the proportions are wider and the surface treatment is more technical than the car it replaces. It is the entry point to the Lamborghini range and, in this catalogue, the natural rival to the Ferrari 296 and McLaren Artura. The move to forced induction will divide opinion. The performance it buys will not.
